The New Zealand Shipping Company’s steamer Opa-wa, from London, is to leave Auckland to-morrow for ,Wellington to complete her discharge. The -vessel is fixed to load in Now Zealand, and will sail from , Wellington on December let for London.

The Blackball Coal Company V collier Potone discharged her cargo of 784 tons of coal into tho hulk Blackwa.il at Wellington yesterday in nine working .-hours, and sailed: last evening for Greymouth. The barquentine Pcndle Hill, which arrived at Wellington on October 12 th from Sydney, sailed from Wellington yesterday morning with a cargo of white pine for Sydney. She was towed out to the stream and then sailed out of the harbour.

The New Zealand drillship, the thirdclass protected cruiser Pioneer, is to sail from Wellington at 4.30 a.m. oa Thursday for Lyttelton. It is probable the vessel'will undergo a speed trial on the run down the coast.

Tho consignees of about 40,000 feet of timber from. Greymouth by the Putiki were not jirepared to take delivery of the timber at Petone yesterday, so the Putiki came back to the city wharf to discharge the whole of her cargo. The vessel is to sail on Thursday for Westport.-
