The club membership stood at fifty-throe—an increase of nineteen over last year. There waa every prospect of the forthcoming season being a record one. several new boats being on the stocks. The balance-sheet showed a cash balance of £l2 17s lOd in hand, Tbo report and balance-sheet were unanimously adopted- , 1 Mr G. Winder said he would donate a cnailong© trophy of the value of seven or ten guineas, to he competed, for as the officers of the club decided. The offer was received with applause.
