At the Police Court to-day John Alorrison, licensee of the European Hotel, was charged with supplying liquor to a person already in a state of. intoxication. It was admitted Fiat liquor was supplied by a brother of the licensee. For the defence the point was raised that a servant, not the licensee, was answerable. Decision was reserved.
