PRESS ASSOCIATION. DUNEDIN, November 1. The Magistrate dismissed an information against Maurice Coghlan. of the Provincial Hotel, charging him with selling liquor to an intoxicated person, on the ground that tho evidence did not disclose a sale. An information against tho barman of supplying liquor was also dismissed, on th i ground that there was not sufficient evidence that the man was drunk.
