SATURDAY’S MATCHES. PENNANT COMPETITION. The ideal weather which prevailed on SaturdaV was responsible for attracting large crowds of players and spectators to the various greens, and a most enjoyable afternoon -was spent. Ihe greens are rapidly improving and playing much faster than they did when the bowls were first produced this season. PENNANT MATCHES.
