CREDITORS WANT PAYMENT AT ONCE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright, (Received October 31, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, October 30. Germany has sent Mulai. Hafid an ultimatum to pay German creditors. Germany and France acting in accord in regard to demands made on Morocco. They refused to receive the Moorish Embassy which recently visited Continental cities.
