SCHOOLGIRLS' HAIR.
Dr Butler, the medical officer of health to the Willesden Education Committee, issued recently a circular to tho mothers of his district urging them, for cleanliness' sake, to have their daughters' hair cut short. This has had a remarkable sequel. Finding, however, that his circular and subs-quent warning had been ignored, he snnounced that he would have certain of the children moved to a suitable place and the offending hair "dressed."
