FAKLTAMENTAIUANS' VISIT TO PICTON. The Prime Minister (Sir Joseph Ward) and possibly two of his colleagues, with about thirty members of both Houses will attend the opening celebrations of tho jubilee, of Marlborough province at Blenheim on Monday, when the old identities will be- entertained, a big triumphal procession organised and a bullock roasted whole after the ancient manner of celebrating a festival. The Tutantkai leaves Wellington with the Parliamentary party at 10 o'clock this morning for Picton. A call will be made en rout© at one of Now Zealand's moat historic spots, Ship Cove, the landing place of Captain Cook. As the spot is part of a scenio reserve of 1700 acres, it is in practically the same condition as when tho historio event took place. The Tntanekai will reach Picton in ample time to allow of tho passengers taking train for Blenheim. On Sunday portions of the Sounds will be explored in launches, and the guests will bo entertained by Mr John Duncan, member for Wniran. Tho return journey commences on Monday evening, and the four-hour trip is expected to bo completed before midnight.
