AGREEMENT REGARDING HOURS AND-PAY. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received May 20, 1 a.m.) SYDNEY, May 19. The conference between the Coastal Steamship Owners’ Association and the Seamen’s Union has resulted in a satisfactory agreement being reached in regard to working hours and rates cf pay, both sid'es making concessions. The agreement has a currency of three years.
