The annuad picnic in connection with tho South Wellington school wits held at Day's Bay on Friday. Beautiful weather prevailed, and nothing occurred to mar the day's enjoyment save the unfonunato circumstance that the- railway umptoyoes had, unknown to tbto committee, arranged to hold their annual outing at the same spot, a good deal ol confusion resulting.
