NATIONALIST FORCES MARCHING ON THE CAPITAL. " A WILLING CAPTIVE.” By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received February 21, 4.30 p.m.) TEHERAN, February 20. The Nationalists who are in revolt at Resht state that Shual-es-Sultaneh, the brother of the Shah, who was kidnapped there on Tuesday on his return from Europe, is quite a willing captive, who only professes that he is under restraint in order to save appearances. Advance guards of the Nationalist forces from Resht have reached Menzil, sixty miles from Teheran.
