THE DUKE OF WESTMINSTER’S TENANTS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received December 25, 9.45 a.m.) LONDON, December 24. In reference to the statement that the Duke of Westminster was stopping pensions paid to some of his tenants owing to the passing of the Old Age Pensions Act, the Duke says his wishes have been misunderstood. He does not desire to disturb septuagenarians’ pensions.
