NELSON STATUE DISCOVERED.

On© of the officials connected with Thorwaldsen’s Museum, while travelling in Norway, discovered in a merchant's mansion a splendid marble statue of Nelson, carved by the famous sculptor Thorwaldsen. It is supposed that Nelson sat to Thorwaldsen in Italy, during the time that the admiral was in command of the Mediterranean fleet. It is probable that the museum authorities will purchase this interesting find.
