TVfOTICE is hereby given that the Coun■ix cil of the Borough of Karori will at a meeting to be held on Tuesday, the 29th day of September, 1908, at 8 p.m., make the following Rates for the period commencing on the Ist day of April, 1908, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1909, namedy:— 1. A , General Rato under the provisions of section 78 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, for the general purposes of the Borough, of Twopence One Thirty-second of a Penny 0- l-32ud) in tho £ on the Unimproved Value ot all rateable property within the Borough. [ 2: A Rato under the provisions of the Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885, of One-fifteenth of a Penny (l-15th) in tho £ on the Capital Value all rateable property within the Borough, such rate being required to meet tlio contributions payable to the Wellington Hospital Board and tho Wellington and Wairarapa Charitable Aid Board. | 3.
