Oogblan, Agent-General for New South "Wales, will read a paper on State encouragement given in various countries to the refrigerating industry; Mr Gilbert Anderson one on the Now Zealand system of meat inspection, from the international standpoint; Mr Lowe another on artificial cold in the manufacture and preservation of butter; and Mr "Walter Preedy one on colonial produce capable of benefiting by refrigeration. Scientific papers will bo read by Sir William Ramsay, Dr Samuel Ridoal, Dr Gollingridgo, medical officer of health for the City of London, and others.
