DAIRY PRODUCE CLASSES. (Special to the “N.Z. Times.”) PALMERSTON, April L Tlie entries for the various dairy factory produce chesses at the National Dairy Show are now closed, and show a very satisfactory increase numerically compared with previous years, tho total entries being 17:3. In the butter division there are forty-five factories competing, with. % entries in the four classes, no factory having more than one entry in anv class. In the two principle butter classes, namely, butter for export, there are 6D entries. In the cheese division the entries arc also good, 22 factories being responsible for a total of 77 entries. In this division also no factory has more than one entry in any class. In tho export classes the entries total 33. The following factories are exhibiting : Dairy Produce Classes.—Butter —Alpha, Awalniri, Bunnythorpe, Ballance, Pahiatua (Balianco Dairy Company), Bell Block, Cambridge, Canterbury Central, Cheltenham, Palmerston North, and Eketahuna (New Zealand Dairy Union), Olon Oroua, Okitu, Golden Bay, Hillsborough, Iluiakama, Mangatainoka, and Daimevirke (Hawke's Bay Dairy Company), Kairanga, Levin, Mells, Mauriceville, Makahu, Midhirst, Mongorei, Norse wood, Mohaka, Omata, Okato, Oakura, Pihama, Riverdale, Rewa, Kata, Rangitikei, Rangiwahia, Stratford, South Canterbury, Taihape, Tarata, Thames Valley, U.I. Butter Factory, Warea, Whenuakura, Waitara. Cheese—A watuna, Ahiaruhe, Cardiff, Da-leiield, Defiance, Edendale, Featherston, Urey town, Hawera, Kapuni, Linton, Norse wood, Ngaire, Nathan and Co., Northern Wairoa, Omiini, Rahgoliokako, Riverlea, Tarlki, Taratahi, Tawhiti.
