MAGISTRATE’S COURT

(Before Mr W. G. Eiddell, S.M.) For drunkenness, Frederick Joseph Nicholson and William Sayers were fined 10s, in default, forty-eight hours’ imprisonment, and Charles O’Neill was convicted and discharged. Alfred Nelson, who pleaded guilty to an act of indecency in the Botanical Gardens, was sent to gaol for six months.

Charles Stanley Steore, on a charge of being an, idle and disorderly person, was convicted and ordered to come up lor sentence when called upon.
