PENSION'S FOR TEACHERS
A MILLION FROM MR CARNEGIE. By Telegraph Press Association —Copyright (Received April 5, 4.4 p.m.) • LONDON, April 4. With the view of extending to teachers in State colleges pensions hitherto provided for teachers in private institutions, Mr Carnegie has added another million sterling for the endowment of tho Carnegie Foundation for tho Advancement of Teaching.
