MR WADE’S BILL. SOME WORKERS PREFER, STRIKES. By Telegraph—Preoa Association—Copyright SYDNEY, April 4. Tho Trades and Labour Council, at a special meeting, decided to advise tbo unions to ignore the Industrial Disputes Bill, that no stops be taken to form Wages Boards, and that the workers should roly on strikes as the only means of securing fair and reasonable conditions, which, the Council considers. Parliament has denied them.
