Buxton, who leaving tor Bngland, 8850 acres of bush land four miles from the Manakau railway station. The land has been subdivided into six sections, ranging from 807 to acres, and well* graded, roads have been surveyed through the block. The whole in well suited fox cattle and sheep, and the upset prices hare been fixed at very row ligurce, and liberal terms are offered. The sale will take place ftt 2 o'clock.
