RUSSIAN TERRORISTS
PLOTTERS DISCOVERED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright ST. PETERSBURG, February 23. Tho polico have discovered the names of a gang connected with tho Viborg Terrorists, who intended the assassination of high personages in Russia. They arrested thirty-five persons in St. Petersburg. Some carried bombs, and several used revolvers, wounding their captors. PERSONS IN HIGH PLACES IN DANGER. (Received February 23, 4.29 p.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, February 23, Prior to their arrest the terrorists wore seen loitering outside the residences of tho Grand Duke Nicholas and tho Alinister of Justice. There are now sixty persons in cus'■tody, including five women.
