AN UNUSUAL NUMBER REPORTED. By Telegraph—Press NEW YORK, January 31. The secretary of the American Federation of Labour states that there are four hundred thousand more unemployed in the United States than usual at this season of the year. They are chiefly in Now York, Chicago, and St. Louis.
