A RUSSIAN TRAGEDY.
ROBBERS FRUSTRATED HOW AN ATTACK ON A FARM FAILED. WOMAN KILLS TWO MEN. By Telegraph—-Pr€ss Association—Copyright ST. PETERSBURG, December 3. A strange story has readied here from Russian Poland. Two persons, dressed as a man and woman, but who, it was later discovered, were both men, sought and obtained shelter at a farm in Soenowice.
The supposed woman feigned sickness, and tho farmer drove the other man at night towards a village in older to secure the aid of a doctor. While on the way, tho man killed and robbed the farmer.
Meanwhile the supposed woman tried to rob the farmer’s wife. Tho latter pretended to yield up her valuables, but while the robber was inspecting them she killed him with an axe. The other robber returned to the house later on, but the woman was on the watch and killed him while ho was entering the door.
