EMPRESS OF GERMANY ACCOMPANIES KAISER,

At King Edward’s and Queen Alexandra’s instance, the Kaiserin, who feared she might carry the infection of chicken-pox, has agreed to accompany the Kaiser to England. A day or two since it was reported that the Kaiserin did not intend to malt© the visit, as she was nursing Princess Adelaide of Sonderburg-GluckSburg, fiancee of Prince Augustus William, who had developed chicken-pox. HEALTH OF THE KAISER. A RETURN OF HIS OLD TROUBLE. (Received November 8, 9.20 p.m.) BERLIN, November 8. The cold from ■which tho Kaiser lately suffered has left some inflammation of the palate and in the neighbourhood of the passages leading to the ears, a trouble from which he has suffered much in the past.
His Majesty yesterday attended the opera, and afterwards addressed a number 'of recruits. Tho weather at the time was very cold, one degree of frost being recorded.
