PRINCE EULENBURG APPEARS IN COURT.' By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright BERLIN, November 7. A groat sensation was caused in Court during the hearing of the charge of criminal libel brbught by Prince Buelow, Imperial Chancellor, against Herr Adolp Brand for publishing a pamphlet containing statements, alleging immoral practices, by the appearance of Prince Philip Eulonburg, supported by his son and secretary.

prince Buelow, in the course of strenuous evidence, indignantly repelled the aspersions contained in Herr Brand’s pamphlet. Prince Eulenburg, who was a witness for the defence, denied that he was behind Herr Brand, and emphatically denied the charges levelled elsewhere against himself. Counts Hohenau and Lynar were both called as witnesses for the defence, but failed to appear. It was stated they are out of the country.
