The Maoriland Steamship Company** cargo steamer Ennerdale arrived .In the ‘stream at 1.45 am. yesterday after a smart passage of 6 days 12 hours from Stephens, New South Woles. Pratique was.' granted* and the vessel was berthed at the Railway wharf yesterday morning. Th# Ennerdale, having been refused a targo of coal at Newcastle* as reported in another column* went from Sydney to Port Stephens, where she loaded 600 tons of hardwood piles for Wallace and Co., Wellington. The Ennerdale sailed from Port Stephens last Monday* and bad strong westerly winds and moderate sea with fine weather throughout the passage.
