ARBITRATION COURT.

PRESS ASSOCIATION. DUNEDIN, September 26. The Arbitration Court held a short sitting yesterday. From the discussion there are indications of several disputes being settled without recourse to Court, In the musterere' dispute the union was unable to show it had complied with section JOS of the Act, and the Court finally decided to strike the dispute out, as it appeared very doubtful whether the union could by production of the minute book prove compliance with the requireinerts of section 105. An application to amend the general labourers’' award was dismissed.
