General Botha, Premier of the Transvaal, interviewed by a representative of the “Natal Mercury,” expressed himself in favour of the unification instead of the federation of South Africa, He advocated the abolition of existing Legislatures and tho creation of one Parliament and one Administration for tho whole of South Africa.
