SINN FEIN PROGRAMME

REPEAL OF THE UNION NATIONAL ASSEMBLY MEETS AT DUBLIN. A NATIONAL STOCK EXCHANGE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received September 16, 10.55 p.m.) LONDON, September 16. Mr Gavin Duffy, one of tho late Sir Gavin Duffy’s sons, interviewed by the “Westminster Gazette,” states that the Sinn Fein desires to build up Ireland from within. It recognises that a physical force policy is not feasible, and aims at obtaining a repeal of the Union. Sinn Fein wants two separate Parliaments under one King, and hopes to induce the Nationalists to withdraw from Westminster, where their presence is useless. Meanwhile a national assembly of 300 members will meet at Dublin to advise the County Councils to found and control a national Stock Exchange, organise a voluntary protection policy, and establish a national Consular service. The leaders believe that Ireland and the United States will subscribe £50,000 a year.
