The Union Company's chartered collier Largo Law left Newcastle at 9 o’clock or batairday night coal-laden for Wellington. The coastal-steamer Opawa signed on a crow yesterday and re-entered the Blenheim running. Captain W. Nicholas has with him as mate Mr R. K. Crouo, and Mr E. Greenwood (late of the Mana) as engineer. Mr 0. Ross took Mr Greenwood’s place a# engineer of the Maim yesterday. The Arahura, from Wellington via ports, entered Greymouth at 11 o'clock yesterday morning. Tho Arahura is to leave on the return trip at 10 o'clock this morning. Tho Greymouth bar ha* been practically unworkable for six days, and coal supplier , dependent on Greymouth are very low. MAROEO, FROM POET MACQUARIE. The scow Maroro, seventeen days out fron Port Macquarie, timber-laden for Welling' ton, signalled for a tug yesterday afternoon off the heads. In response, the Duoc went out and brought the Maroro up to the stream last evening. . There was no com* munication with the scow, but she will b<r granted pratique this morning.
