VIENNA. July 23. Dr Haw, an American lawyer, was sentenced to death at Karlsruhe, for shooting his mother-in-law at Baden in November last, in order to obtain her fortune. Haw had telephoned to his victim to meet him at Baden.
The murderer has appealed. While Haw was awaiting trial bis wife committed suicide in Lake Zurich, in Switzerland.
