BULKY PACKETS, FOR NEW V ZEALAND. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received July 33, 11.21 p.m.) LONDON, July 23. The General Post Ofiioo notifies that the postage on parcels to New Zealand exceeding four ieet-jn length and girth combined will be increased from next Thursday. This decision has been made owing to tbe number of bulky packets •despatched.
