LONDON, May 31, Nonconformist members of tho House of Commons have passed a sweeping yesolution, demanding that the Government proceed forthwith with tho Bill introduced by Air AlcKonna, President of the Board of Education, and pass a more aggressive Education Bill than Mr Birrell’s before tho end .of the present Parliament. “ NONCONFORMIST FRETFUL!"
