THE KAISER IN DANGER
RUSSO-GERMAN PLOT. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright. (Received May 26, 4.54 p.m.) LONDON, May 25. In connection with, a Russo-German plot to assassinate the Kaiser, the Berlin correspondent of the "Daily Mail” reports the discovery of recipes for the 4 manufacture of bombs, also evidence of inquiries having been made regarding the Kaiser’s movements. Six Russian students at Berlin and Charlottenburg have been banished. Others arc to bo prosecuted for conspiracy.
