LORD CROMER'S REPORT COMMENDED. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright. CAIRO, April 7. There is much unrest in Egypt. Europeans in Cairo highly commend the report of Lord Cromer, Minister Plenipotentiary in Egypt. Tho majority of the native journals support his proposals.
