ABANDONED for the session. By Telegraph-Proas Association-; Copyright. (Received April 7. 5.30 ‘p.m.) LONDON, April B. Tho Dublin correspondent of “The Times” reports that the Government has definitely abandoned the idea of introdacing tho University Bill during the present session, believing that the Devolution Bill will occupy a very largo part of tho remainder of the session. 'lt is feared that both the Cabinet and tho rank and file of tho party contain a strong element in opposition to Mr Bryce’s scheme.
