METEOROLOGY
By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright. (Received February 16, 1.2 a.m.) MELBOURNE, February 15. The Meteorological Bureau is arranging to prod ict weather three or four days ahead. Outside stations are to be established, with which communication will be held once daily. These stations will probably bo at New Caledohia, Samaria (India), Banjowangi (Java), the Cocos Islands, and New Zealand.
