PRESS ASSOCIATIONAUCKLAND, December 20. The Hon. J. A. Millar returned * to Auckland from Northern Wairoa to-day. and was entertained by the Liberal and Labour Federation to-night. His Honor is in excellence health, and he is taking leave of absence solely because he has been ten and a half years upon the Bench, and is more than entitled to holiday. During tho past year his Honor has done a very full share of the work of tho Supreme Court and of the Court of Appeal, in addition to undertaking tho duties of the Aleiklo Commission.
