THE FRANCHISE QUESTION
POSITION IN .SOUTH AUSTRALIA. ADELAIDE, October 10. In the Legislative Assembly, Mr Price, who was summoned to re-form a Ministry,, announced that ho had agreed to carry on on the understanding that, he was granted .a dissolution when ho asked for it. He requested tho .House to grant Supply, so that an appeal might be made to the country on the franchise question—tho source of the trouble, with the Legislative Assembly. The debate is not finished.
