I have particularly noticed that inconvenience has occurred through the majority of the conductors being out of proportion.to the rnorermen. 1 suggest that the smaller men should be appointed conductors, so as to enable them bo get through our cars with as little inconvenience as possible. Also, I may state, a portly man has a more commanding appearance In the eyesof the general public as a motorman.
