Sir William Lyno, Federal Minister of Trade and Customs, has opened his electoral campaign for the Hume seat in a speech delivered at Wagga. He declared himself to ho a Humanist and a State Socialist. Ho told his hearers in a couple of words what State Socialism meant—it was “Freetrade defeated.”
