THE DREYFUS CASE. (Received July 10. 9.36 p.m.) PARIS, July 10. General Gorse, resenting an accusation of lying in connection with the Dreyfus case, challenged M. Picqnart bo a duel. General Gorse fired and missed M. Picqnart, who did not return his opponent’s fire.
