The “Burghersdorp Stem,” a powerful Cape Dutch organ, declares that the influence of Exeter Hall with the Liberal Government is more dangerous to South Africa than that of Lord Milner and Mr Chamberlain. The “Stem'’ adds that it will bo terribly dangerous if the Liberals concede the franchise to the natives of the Transvaal and Orange River Colony.
