TNASMUCH as it is becoming a comJL mon practice for drivers of vehicles to retard tho progress of tramcars by not giving way promptly when the motorman’s gong is sounded, and this practice leads to much delay and sometimes to accident, notice is hereby given that any breach of tho By-law requiring drivers to give roadway and quit the tram lines to permit of cars passing will in future bo rigorously dealt with, and, in eases of licensed vehicles, the licensee of offending drivers will be immediately suspended or cancelled, according to tho gravity of tho circumstances.
