T. M. SLATTERY.
STRUCK OFF THE SOLICITORS’ ROLL.
(Received May 24, 10.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, May 24. The, Full Court to-day struck off the roll of solicitors the name of T. M. Slattery, recently convicted of larceny as a bailee. Mr Justice Owen said he understood an appeal against Slattery’s conviction was going to be made to the High Court, but he could not see that that could affect the decision to strike out the name, because there was sufficient undisputed evidence, outside that whereon it was proposed to appeal, to show that Slattery was not a fit and proper person to remain a solicitor of tho Court.
