ACCIDENTS.
FATALITY AT KARORI. Yesterday afternoon Reginald Sutton, 18 years of age, whoso father resides at ICarori, was out shooting rabbits, and was trailing his gun when it aocidentlly went ofi- .The unfortunate young man received the charge in the groin and died in a few minutes. There were quite a number of accidents on Saturday, four cases being admitted into the hospital. William Abernethy, married, residing at Karori Crescent, was thrown fmai a trap and broke his collarbone. ' James Mclvor, a seaman on the Tpmoana, by a serious fall on the steamer, sustained concussion of the brain. Edward Chapham, also employed on the steamer Tomoana, fell into the water between the vessel and the wharf, and received a severe shock. Mrs Sarah Ashman, residing on the Island Bay road, walked over an embankment on Saturday night, and broke her right leg. Inquiries at the hospital last night elicited that all the patients were progressing favourably.
