A league hag been formed under tho auspices of the Indian and Ceylon- Tea Planting Association in London, to bring public pressure on the Government and the Chancellor of the Exchequer to induce them to make such changes in the present system of taxation as will admit of the heavy duty on tea being reduced and eventually entirely abolished,
