Teams representing the Vacuum Oil Company and D. Benjamin and Co. met’ on the Basin Reserve yesterday. On the first innings the Vacuum Oil Company have a lead of 26 runs. Midlane (33) and Howison (38) batted well for Benjamin and Company, and Shaw (35), L. Adiholt (35). and Charlton (22) for the Oil Company. L. Ashholt, Shaw and Rogers shared bowling honours for the loading team, and Dorizac and Ostin for Benjamin and Company.
