A ROUGH PASSAGE.

AUCKLAND, September 5. The barque Helen arrived from. Lytteltoil late this afternoon, with a cargo of 450 tons of produce. The passage, which occupied twenty-two days,was a stormy one. Off Portland Island the vessel encountered a heavy gale, which lasted a week. She was driven 150 miles from the land, ‘ and was hovo-to whilo the gale lasted.
