RIFLE SHOOTING IN CANADA.
NEW ZEALANDERS WIN PRIZES. OTTAWA, September 4. Rifleman Willoughby (an ex-member of the Petone Rifle Club) won the Gov-ernor-General’s prize at the Dominion rifle meeting, held at Ottawa. Sergeant Clung (Nelson) won the second prize.
